Our Suppliers

Our jams, chutneys, biscuits, cheese and other products come from The Hungry Guest Restaurant at Newlands House.

When we say ‘hand made’ we really do mean it! Every Noble and Stace chocolate is made by Mike in our dedicated chocolate studio based in Midhurst, West Sussex – at the heart of the South Downs.

The Hampshire Real Bread Company is run by Darrin Romp, a self-taught home cook and baker, and operates from his home in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Darrin has completed bakery courses at River Cottage, The School of Artisan Food and a Virtuous Bread micro bakery course with Jane Mason in September 2015.

Much of our bread and an occasionally our cakes come from The Hampshire Real Bread Co. 

Proper Marmalade made in Petworth

Lucy is a writer and she also likes to cook. She currently makes seven flavours of marmalade, and Strawberry Jam, and they sell at the Petworth Farmers’ Markets, at Cherry’s Deli in Petworth, the Rother Valley Farm Shop in Rogate and in the Fittleworth Community Shop and can be ordered through ChefsFarms.

We buy much of our marmalade and jam directly from Lucy. 

Local family beekeepers producing unpasteurised multifloral honey.. Helping to safeguard the welfare of our native pollinators.

Refilled is a Wholefoods, Cleaning Liquids, and Fresh Produce store on Chichester High Street.

The Sussex Crisp Company is based in Bodiam in East Sussex. We create beautiful hand cooked crisps using the best quality British potatoes.

All of our crisps are cooked in small batches with the skin left on, we then pack them with spectacular flavours carefully sourced from the finest suppliers across Sussex.

The gorgeous Bunch Florist Ltd team create unique flower arrangements for our guests.
